At Valley’s Bakery, all of our products are freshly made to order with great care and attention to detail. Because our preparation and baking process begins as soon as an order is placed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Baking is a time-sensitive and labor-intensive process. Ingredients are purchased, measured, and prepared specifically for each order. Once that process begins, it cannot be undone. For that reason, all sales are final, and no changes or refunds can be made once an order is confirmed.
