Such a nice place run by people who care about their customers! My first time through the door, I was nearly an hour late getting there & they still greeted me warmly & made me feel at home. That's the good part... Here's the better part! I didn't know gluten free could be like this! It's REAL food & it tastes GREAT! A big selection of cakes, pastries & other baked goods, along with items that look amazing but have names this tongue is apparently not equipped to pronounce. But they look & smell exquisite! Oh my! I have a new favorite place!

My friend surprised me with gluten free donuts from this bakery while on a girls trip a few months ago, and I couldn’t wait to check it out for myself. I got the pain au chocolate and OMG it was the best thing ever!! I usually have to wait until I go on a European vacation to get good gluten free baked goods but this was the even better than that. I couldn’t believe how flaky it was. The donuts I had from here were delicious too and didn’t have that typical dry gluten free taste. They were the closest thing to regular donuts I’ve had since going gluten free over 10 years ago. The location on Canton road is unexpected for such a niche bakery, but it’s super easy to get to and has a high end interior design like a European cafe. I can’t wait to get more goodies from here. Goodbye subpar frozen gluten free baked goods!

I saw people discussing Valley’s on Facebook and everything they said is true. The spinach turnover is delicious and actually has a flaky pastry. I haven’t enjoyed that flavor and texture for 5 years. This is the best GF bakery I have ever experienced! Do yourself a favor, and get there when they open.

100% gluten free!!!! Donut was okay, a little dense. Pistachio cookie was amazing as were the brownies, still looking forward to turnovers. By 10 am they were about half sold out, so if you want something specific get there early.

One of the few places in the world I’ve found that has mastered GF puff pastries. Their stuff didn’t taste like the usual store bought goods, soooo much better. Jalapeño cheddar sourdough was amazing too.

RUN to this bakery, y'all! It just opened a few weeks ago and this place has already become my new favorite! They have the most delicious, buttery, flaky puff pastry, amazing sundried tomato sourdough, REAL doughnuts, and SO much more. 100% gluten free. Friendly, informative staff. They don't have a ton of dairy free options yet, but they plan to. Check it out and support them so they can keep working their magic!

I drove almost an hour in traffic and it was well worth the trip. Valley's Bakery you all must do a pop up shop or one of the farmer's markets in Atlanta for folks who don't live in Marietta and are missing out on this deliciousness! The bread is so soft and the spinach and feta turnover is incredible. I have been to a lot of gluten free bakeries and this by far is the best! I bought so many goodies, you will not be disappointed!

This place is seriously fantastic. It’s the kind of quality GF goods you might expect to experience in a big city like NYC or LA, but in the humble heart of Marietta, GA, this off the charts bakery offers THE BEST flaky pastry you will find in America. Everything was fantastic, but the true stand out items are anything made with the flaky pastry, including the pain chocolate, apple turnover, and spinach ricotta pie. Those three were my favorites. I also tried the pistachio queen cookie, the Nutella trifle, the cheese bread, and the sliced brioche. All of those were wonderful too. I drive 45 minutes each way to go here, and it’s worth it. Once word gets out about this pastry crust, this place is going to have to expand to handle all the business. I’m so excited they are serving our GF community.

It was sublime! The lamination was perfect. It was flaky! It was worth the forty-five minute drive each way. The shortbread biscuits (cookies for us Southerners) were lovely and buttery and crisp with the perfect amount of salt. The brownies were delicious, too! I still have a Nutella parfait, a slice of red velvet cake, a Boston cream doughnut, and a loaf of sourdough waiting to be eaten!

Absolutely the kindest people work here and the service is phenomenal. Sincere and just wonderful people. My husband was in town for a day working and he stopped by and picked up the treats out. I had called In for them to hold for us. I will tell you their pan took a lot was amazing. They’re pistachio cake is beyond words and their pistachio cookies are heavenly. Thank you so much for being the best gluten-free bakery in Atlanta. Probably in the US. Unfortunately I did not take pictures before my family ate the whole thing lol you guys are amazing.
