Oh my goodness this place is amazing!!! Entirely gluten free, the website says employees can’t even bring in gluten for their lunches. The pastries are to die for - they don’t taste gluten free at all! Prices are similar to what you would pay at a normal pastry bakery, to my surprise, which is great. Definitely go if you’re in the area! I keep going back and trying new things lol

The BEST gluten free baked goods I have had in 9 years of being gluten free. The bread is amazing and fresh (sourdough, brioche) and their puffed pastries (pain au chocolate especially) are what gluten free dreams are made of. 100% recommend and am thrilled to have a local GF bakery. My only wish is that they were open just a little later so I could go after work.

As someone with celiac disease, I so appreciate the opportunity to enjoy professionally baked gluten free items such as donuts, danishes, Hawaiian rolls, and cinnamon rolls. Everything I have tried is delicious, and you would never suspect they are gluten free. If you have to eat gluten free ( and even if you don't) RUN, don't walk, to this little hidden gem of a bakery. You will not be disappointed!

My friend surprised me with gluten free donuts from this bakery while on a girls trip a few months ago, and I couldn’t wait to check it out for myself. I got the pain au chocolate and OMG it was the best thing ever!! I usually have to wait until I go on a European vacation to get good gluten free baked goods but this was the even better than that. I couldn’t believe how flaky it was. The donuts I had from here were delicious too and didn’t have that typical dry gluten free taste. They were the closest thing to regular donuts I’ve had since going gluten free over 10 years ago. The location on Canton road is unexpected for such a niche bakery, but it’s super easy to get to and has a high end interior design like a European cafe. I can’t wait to get more goodies from here. Goodbye subpar frozen gluten free baked goods!

This bakery has some of the best baked goods I’ve eaten in a long time. Their Boston crème donut is what dreams are made of. We’ve also had the fresh loaves of bread, chocolate croissants, Brazilian cheese breads, and the apple turnover. All were delicious but I will continue to go back for donuts and bread.

Fully gf so safe from cross contamination. Owners and staff are friendly and kind as well. — Updating this to say their loaves of bread are outstanding! The closest I have ever seen/tasted to regular bread, with a crust, a chew, and soft springy texture that doesn’t crumble.

i’ve been to valleys twice and gotten a lot of their different items. my top favorite has to be the cheese danish. the croissants are amazing. the staff are so friendly. i went with my mother and grandmother and they cut everything into three pieces so we could all share

As someone with celiac disease I was thrilled to try this place out. The workers were amazing, the place is super clean, and the general atmosphere was great. We ordered an assortment of things: red velvet cake, funfetti cake, Boston donut, cinnamon roll, and spinach feta turnover… we either loved it or hated it. The Boston donut was phenomenal as well as the funfetti cake and the spinach turnover. The cinnamon roll and red velvet were practically inedible — I’m not sure if it was because it was a little later in the day, if they were refrigerated then put back out or what, but I couldn’t even finish the cinnamon roll which was disappointing for the price. I still give a 4 star because it’s an amazing place and somewhere I’ll return to as they change their menu often, but I’m unsure why some of it was so good when the rest was not at all. I do look forward to returning and trying other items!

Hands down best bakery we have been too since being gluten free!!! The apple turnover and tiramisu was out of this world. Doesn’t even taste gluten free. We live an hour and a half away but will be returning as much as possible.

It’s one of the best bakery in Atlanta, and it’s also 100% gluten free. But weather you are gluten intolerant or not you should definitely try everywhere because is so good, and the attention is great!

I’d give this place 10000 stars if I could!! My girlfriend and I visited Valley’s Bakery today and we haven’t been able to stop talking about how delicious everything was! Overall we tried about 10 different items and all of them were so fresh, so moist, and so flavorful. The owners were there, and were such kind people, truly everyone there from the bakery was as friendly as they could be. They know how stressful/frustrating dining out can be if you’re sensitive to gluten, and they’ve worked so hard to perfect their recipes. We look forward to returning as soon as we can, the 2 hour drive for us was more than worth it. :) Great people AND delicious gluten free food, thank you Valley’s for putting in such hard work and being so amazing!

Amazing diversity of offerings for a dedicated gf bakery. We got a red velvet cake for Christmas and 12 gluten-eaters never knew it was gf, which delighted our celiac kiddo. Their cookies and pastries were also amazing and their bread loaves are beautiful. A gem for North Atlanta gf eaters!! And a super nice helpful staff!

I saw people discussing Valley’s on Facebook and everything they said is true. The spinach turnover is delicious and actually has a flaky pastry. I haven’t enjoyed that flavor and texture for 5 years. This is the best GF bakery I have ever experienced! Do yourself a favor, and get there when they open.

Dedicated gluten free bakery! The items are baked fresh daily and the menu can vary. They are a new business so they are still getting into the swing of things. That said, be patient and support them during this time of growth. They are still working out their menu to ensure they have enough product for the gluten free demand. I recommend checking their instagram and/or calling ahead before going as items can run out and they may close early. I am so excited to see this business grow.

RUN to this bakery, y'all! It just opened a few weeks ago and this place has already become my new favorite! They have the most delicious, buttery, flaky puff pastry, amazing sundried tomato sourdough, REAL doughnuts, and SO much more. 100% gluten free. Friendly, informative staff.
