It was hard to pick but I got a cheese danish, apple turnover, and spinach ricotta turnover. He gave us a free sample of the cinnamon twists which were also super tasty. The pastry is really light and fluffy. I’ll definitely be back!

This is a dedicated gluten free bakery, and as someone who doesn't have an allergy or have to eat a dedicated gf diet, I come here once a week! It's the flakiest pastry I've ever had. I have several friends and family members who have Celiac disease, and I've gotten to watch them eat pastries they haven't been able to eat in years knowing there's no chance of cross contamination or getting sick. Whether you have a gluten allergy or are in the area and just want a sweet treat, I implore you to support this local bakery.

Yummm! So excited to have this lovely, entirely gf family owned bakery nearby. They serve up delicious pastries, cookies, cakes and bread and doughnuts (they sell out fast!). They also take special orders if you call several days or more in advance. The turnovers and pain au chocolat are delicious. I picked up a blueberry muffin that looks amazing and a cookie today for a trip out of town this weekend. Enjoy

Everything was DELICIOUS!!! I’m not gluten free but my partner is, so this was definitely a dream for her to walk into a bakery where she could eat everything. And nothing tasted “gluten free” it was like a I was in a “regular” bakery! And the owners are SO nice <3

Literal happy tears after my first time at Valley’s! We’ve needed something like this in Marietta for such a long time. It’s such an amazing feeling being able to walk in somewhere and have so many food options to choose from!! The sun dried tomato sourdough loaf is DIVINE! It’s been over 5 years since I’ve had sourdough bread, and this was well worth the wait. I also tried a spinach/feta/ricotta turnover fresh out of the oven. I couldn’t even wait to get home before I started eating it in the car. I’m so happy to have a gluten free bakery close to home. I took home a few cookies that I’m excited to try tonight! Wow. Now this is what I have missed. Boston cream doughnuts that taste like doughnuts yes!!! Chocolate croissant that is great. Ham and cheese turn over. The crust is flaky. I have not had food this good since having to go gluten free 12 years ago. He** Ye**. Ya need to come here, they have gluten free doughnuts down!!! So good. I want to go back tomorrow!

Get here early, especially on the weekends. So my wife is an actual celiac suffer and the poor kid loves baked goods. We are always on the look out for a great gluten free bakery and were very happy to find this place. I don't suffer from the same thing as she does so I try and avoid gf grub because it's usually just this side of awful. This place isn't like that at all. I think their sweets are the what they make the best but both my wife and kids think it's the empanadas. The staff is always super helpful, friendly and patient. If there is something you want and don't see just ask because they might have some in the back just coming out or they will make it for pick up on your next visit.

Celiac heaven is the best way to describe this place. Amazing donuts, carrot cake to die for and some amazing sourdough loaves. Customer service was top notch. Don’t miss out on this one. Truly amazing!

Comparing with any other bakery in Marietta will be injustice. This is the best place. Food, customer service, quality, cleanliness, and smiles. I love them all. As a ServSafe instructor, the cleanliness is the top subject to consider. They should be considered as a model food service operation.
