    Valleys is an absolute gem for anyone living gluten-free—whether by choice or necessity. My daughter was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease, so finding gluten free restaurants near us is hard!!! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the incredible selection and the warm, welcoming vibe. Let’s talk about the Hawaiian rolls—OH. MY. GOODNESS. These were to die for! Soft, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness. I honestly forgot I was eating something gluten-free. They were that good. We also tried the quiches, danishes, empanadas, and donuts, and every single bite was delicious. The quiche was rich and satisfying, the danishes were perfectly flaky and flavorful, the empanadas had a fantastic crust with generous fillings, and the donuts? Soft, sweet, and irresistible. I highly recommend Valleys and will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you for making gluten-free taste like heaven!

  • I had pain au chocolate for the first time in fifteen years.

    It was sublime! The lamination was perfect. It was flaky! It was worth the forty-five minute drive each way. The shortbread biscuits (cookies for us Southerners) were lovely and buttery and crisp with the perfect amount of salt. The brownies were delicious, too! I still have a Nutella parfait, a slice of red velvet cake, a Boston cream doughnut, and a loaf of sourdough waiting to be eaten!

  • THE BEST flaky pastry you will find in America!

    This place is seriously fantastic. It’s the kind of quality GF goods you might expect to experience in a big city like NYC or LA, but in the humble heart of Marietta, GA, this off the charts bakery offers THE BEST flaky pastry you will find in America. Everything was fantastic, but the true stand out items are anything made with the flaky pastry, including the pain chocolate, apple turnover, and spinach ricotta pie. Those three were my favorites. I also tried the pistachio queen cookie, the Nutella trifle, the cheese bread, and the sliced brioche. All of those were wonderful too. I drive 45 minutes each way to go here, and it’s worth it. Once word gets out about this pastry crust, this place is going to have to expand to handle all the business. I’m so excited they are serving our GF community.

    The food was delicious. We enjoyed the quiche and turnovers. We will be coming back for doughnuts before we head out of town. Everything is gluten free but you would not be able to tell by the taste. This is a must visit whether you need to eat gluten free or not.

    Tried Valley’s yesterday for the first time. (Side note, we went on a Saturday around 9 AM & they didn’t have any donuts or croissants ready yet) We ordered 2 chicken empanadas, 2 ham and cheese empanadas, white sourdough, and banana bread! The chicken empanadas were great, wasn’t a huge fan of the ham and cheese but the texture was spot on. The white sourdough was hands down the best gluten free bread I’ve ever had! Banana bread was pretty good.

    Amazing food, this is the first full gluten free bakery I have gone to since having my celiac diagnosis 7 years ago that could bring me to tears with how delicious it is!! I hope all gluten free people get to try their treats!

    Spiritual experience. The pastry is impossibly incredible and the donuts brought tears to my eyes. It’s been two years since I had a donut. Not a cupcake in a donut shape, but a donut. Get yourself here so they can open up more.

    From cookies to empanadas this place has it. My wife is celiac and is extremely sensitive to any cross contamination so this place is paradise for her.

    I’m 47 years old and have been a Celiac all of my life. I’ve never tasted GF as amazing as this. Everything I’ve eaten here is absolutely incredible, 10/10 every time. Service was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

  • I will recommend Valley's Bakery over and over again!

    I needed to provide breakfast the morning of a wedding for a bridal party with dietary restrictions due to celiac disease. I found Valley's Bakery by chance and they made for the most deceptively good gluten-free pastries any of us had ever had. Everyone in the bridal party was drooling over the savory turnovers and quiches, saying that they absolutely could not believe that they were gluten free. The cherry on the cake (no pun intended) was that the staff was so kind and helpful. I will recommend Valley's Bakery over and over again. Thank you for making my best friend's wedding that much more special!
