Valley’s gluten-free bakery is a dream come true! Today, I enjoyed a delightful pastry and a tres leches parfait, both absolutely delicious. I also sampled their bread with tomato baked in, and it was so good that I'll definitely be back to buy a loaf. The variety of options and quality of flavors are fantastic. It’s amazing have a fully gluten-free bakery so close to home. Highly recommend

I just happened to see this bakery suggested on Reddit when I was searching for some good options for my upcoming trip to Atlanta. It was worth the drive and then some. I got a cheese danish, pain au chocolat, and a loaf of sourdough to take home and everything was amazing! 10/10, will definitely be back!

Highly recommend! I'm not gluten-free or celiac, and still thoroughly enjoyed the pastries. I tried some of the savory options: spinach feta turnover, mini quiche Lorraine, and a pain au chocolat--all delicious. Also, their espresso was balanced and had good crema, genuinely some of the best I've had in the area! Overall a great experience

This bakery has some of the best baked goods I’ve eaten in a long time. Their Boston crème donut is what dreams are made of. We’ve also had the fresh loaves of bread, chocolate croissants, Brazilian cheese breads, and the apple turnover. All were delicious but I will continue to go back for donuts and bread.

We have been to the bakery three times and everything we have gotten have been amazing (apple turnover red velvet cake, chocolate parfait, oatmeal cookies, banana loaf and lemon loaf). The owners are super nice!

I can not say enough good things about this place! I have been gluten free for 19 years and this is the best gluten free desserts I have ever had! The workers are super nice and it is definitely worth the trip!

100% gluten free!!!! Donut was okay, a little dense. Pistachio cookie was amazing as were the brownies, still looking forward to turnovers. By 10 am they were about half sold out, so if you want something specific get there early.

Valley’s Bakery was amazing! The staff was incredibly kind, and the food was absolutely delicious. I ended up purchasing a variety of items to try, and every single one was fantastic. THIS BAKERY IS *EVERYTHING*!!! Seriously, so happy I could cry. Took so much willpower to not buy one of everything. The puff pastry turnovers didn't even make it out of the parking lot they were so good. The bread, the cookies, the cake - it's all amazing! To quote my non-celiac husband, "oh my god - this is better than most regular bakeries I've been too". There is magic in that kitchen. Can't wait to go back to try more gluten free goodies!

Oh my goodness this place is amazing!!! Entirely gluten free, the website says employees can’t even bring in gluten for their lunches. The pastries are to die for - they don’t taste gluten free at all! Prices are similar to what you would pay at a normal pastry bakery, to my surprise, which is great. Definitely go if you’re in the area! I keep going back and trying new things lol

My best friend picked up a bunch of treats (cake, cookies and hamburger buns) for a recent birthday party/trip. Everything I had was out of this world delicious! My friend also has a niece that has celiac disease, so trusting her with this task was easy. I can’t wait to go in myself and try more savory items and all the other amazing items!

Love this place! It's one of the few places where you can get a GF fried donut and croissants (both, which are very hard to find). And their puff pastry is phenominal! Super light, super flaky, can't even tell it's GF! It's a small shop where you can see the kitchen working hard, but there are so many offerings that it's not an issue. Definitely a grab and go place (which I'm fine with because I don't need them seeing me stuff my face with everything I just bought). 10 OUT OF 10, definitely recommend.

Tried Valley’s yesterday for the first time. (Side note, we went on a Saturday around 9 AM & they didn’t have any donuts or croissants ready yet) We ordered 2 chicken empanadas, 2 ham and cheese empanadas, white sourdough, and banana bread! The chicken empanadas were great, wasn’t a huge fan of the ham and cheese but the texture was spot on. The white sourdough was hands down the best gluten free bread I’ve ever had! Banana bread was pretty good.
