t’s unbelievable that their baked goods are gluten free because the taste and texture is exactly like gluten products (my wife has celiac so I know what regular taste like). Really excited that we found this place and we will continue coming back!

The BEST gluten free baked goods I have had in 9 years of being gluten free. The bread is amazing and fresh (sourdough, brioche) and their puffed pastries (pain au chocolate especially) are what gluten free dreams are made of. 100% recommend and am thrilled to have a local GF bakery. My only wish is that they were open just a little later so I could go after work.

I just happened to see this bakery suggested on Reddit when I was searching for some good options for my upcoming trip to Atlanta. It was worth the drive and then some. I got a cheese danish, pain au chocolat, and a loaf of sourdough to take home and everything was amazing! 10/10, will definitely be back!

Not only that, we met a super kind woman and her son that spoke with us while waiting. She mentioned the turnovers being flaky and delicious, better than gluten ones annnnd THEY ARE! They’re so buttery and beautifully made. I would have never guessed they were gluten free. Thank you for the suggestion and your kindness! ◡̈ The staff was so patient with us as we tried to order a bunch of things for our drive back to S. Indiana. We have nothing like this near us, so we were stocking up😂 We ordered the quiches (not pictures because we ate them immediately). Both were delicious and so flavorful. The cheese danish was buttery and delicious, not as sweet as some bakeries from our gluten days, but that made it even better.

The food was delicious. We enjoyed the quiche and turnovers. We will be coming back for doughnuts before we head out of town. Everything is gluten free but you would not be able to tell by the taste. This is a must visit whether you need to eat gluten free or not.

Absolutely the kindest people work here and the service is phenomenal. Sincere and just wonderful people. My husband was in town for a day working and he stopped by and picked up the treats out. I had called In for them to hold for us. I will tell you their pan took a lot was amazing. They’re pistachio cake is beyond words and their pistachio cookies are heavenly. Thank you so much for being the best gluten-free bakery in Atlanta. Probably in the US. Unfortunately I did not take pictures before my family ate the whole thing lol you guys are amazing.
