Our Story

Hello Everyone!

We’re Ricardo and Carolina, the heart and hands behind Valley’s Bakery.

The idea for Valley’s began over 8 years ago, inspired by our family’s journey through severe gluten intolerance and the limited gluten-free dining options available. We often found ourselves asking, What if we could enjoy the same delicious foods without sacrificing flavor? Or, What if we could pick up food that the whole family could enjoy—without having to make it at home on those busy days?

That’s when we decided to blend our passion for cooking with our backgrounds in chemistry research and business. We traveled to Europe to study with the best gluten-free bakers, learning their techniques and perfecting our craft. After years of learning and working in the field, we knew it was time to bring our vision to life here in the U.S., and we made Georgia the home of Valley’s Bakery.

At Valley’s, our goal is to inspire connections. We want to create a space where families with gluten-free needs can gather with friends and enjoy delicious food without compromise. More than just a bakery, we strive to bridge the gap between nostalgic, authentic flavors and modern dietary needs. Every bite is crafted to give you a new sensory experience—one that surprises and delights.
